SUPER TIRING

yesterday training was super tiring... it been more than 2 months i not been exercising and theres physical training luckily not that tough like when i at Macpherson last time but although not that tough my stamina is going down.. run abit i feel so tired like wanna die... haha when i take out my stick from the bag... oh gosh my stick is so dusty hahaha after the training went to bath and then eat at food junction.. me amira sha mon with adri and aishah wit yaya....finish eting..we went to timezone..the kids was having fun.. while me n sha was sitting down feeling sleepy... haha now my body was super aching.. arghh!! lol...

and lastly HAPPY BIRTHDAY NADIAH!!
